Refund policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we are here to help!

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return your product within 14 days of your order being delivered. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and be undamaged.

If you have received a damaged product, please reach out to us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.

At this time we are not able to offer free shipping for returns. We will provide you with a return label, but the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive your return, inspect its condition, and confirm we will be able to restock it, we will be able to process any refunds or exchanges.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for our chaos sets, any of our limited run dice or any jewelry. If you do run into an issue with one of these products, still please reach out so we can try to come to a satisfactory resolution.
